The Government has invested over $3.3M competitively under a previously award furniture contract (FA301624D0015). To ensure compatibility and standards are consistent with existing products, it is in the Government’s best interest to procure the additional products of the same furniture from this contractor. Items will include: Qty 4,568 customized wall lockers Qty 4,568 customized bed frames with adapters Qty 4,568 H-Frame Chairs The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Quality Specialty Products Incorporated, under the authority of RFO 12.102(b) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement of Sinclair swine, or interested parties may submit quotes/offers. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes/offers received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be reviewed and considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
