In addition, the Contractor shall provide Laundry Counter Attendance services and transportation for Linen Exchanges at 2 (two) JBSA Lackland locations and 1 (one) facility at Chapman Annex, Requiring 6,552 Man-hours, annually. The Contractor shall provide contract personnel at each Linen Exchange point that will be required to count and validate the quantities of all soiled linen that is received from technical training schools and base/operational support mission partners, and all soiled and cleaned linen items that are exchanged between the government and the contractor. Linen exchange services are also included but are not limited to the maintenance of a linen inventory to accommodate unserviceable and/or emergency requirements.
