Through market research and the AFDTL experience with various testing kits, the EMIT II Plus Amphetamines Assay testing kits is essential to the Government's requirements as no other product can meet the agency's needs without unacceptable schedule delays and duplication of cost. Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. is the manufacturer of these testing kits. This NOTICE OF INTENT is not a Solicitation, or Request for Quote. It's a Government notification intended to proceed with a Sole-Source. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities to fulfill the requirement via email to christopher.maier.3@us.af.mil no later than 20 July 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT.
