The objective is to enhance guests' mental toughness, spiritual maturity, and sense of responsibility, empowering them to resolve personal and professional challenges and become more effective in their military roles and relationships. The facility is required to be no more than a two-hour drive from JBSA, Texas. Additionally, the resort must feature a range of onsite amenities and activities, including but not limited to rock climbing, a water park, bowling, conference facilities, and various dining options.
