## Description

The requirement is a procurement effort to provide all labor, tools, materials and transportation for document shredding services for the 59th Medical Wing (59MDW), Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. The contractor shall pick-up at multiple locations, an estimated overall total of 100,000 records for proper disposal, destroying, or shredding in accordance with the standards specified in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) IAW 45 CFR 160 and 164
