## Description

**AMMENDMENT 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to realign 52.212-1 to match 52.212-2. See Attachment 4. No other changes were made.

SHORT TURN AROUND DUE TO URGENCY OF REQUIREMENT. PROPOSAL DUE NO LATER THAN 1:30 PM, CDT, FRIDAY MAY 2 2025. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ATTACHMENTS AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY.

**KEY POINTS:** MOBILIZATION IS 1-2 DAYS AFTER NOTICE OF AWARD AND COMPLETION IS 3-5 DAYS AFTER NOTICE OF AWARD MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 24/7 MAINTENANCE WITH RESPONSE TIME OF 1 HOUR AND ONSITE TO FIX BEYOND PHONE TROUBLESHOOT WITHIN 2 HOURS. ADD ALL POC LISTED TO ALL CORRESPONDENCES. THE POP IS FOR 5 MONTHS, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND EITHER HVAC OR GENERATOR, OR BOTH SERVICES FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MONTHS SHOULD THE GOVERNMENT HAVE A CONTINUED NEED. CLIN 0001 & 0003 WILL BE BILLED AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED. CLIN 0002 WILL BE BILLED EACH MONTH AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED.
