## Description

The Medical Education and Training Campus located at Ft Sam Houston requests to purchase (1) male radiographic mannequin. The mannequin is used for demonstration of positioning and obtaining live exposures during the laboratory practicum training portion of the Radiology course. Must be brand new. Must be able to demonstrate Gastrointestinal and Genitourinary systems clearly in an x-ray image. Must be able to be posed into the required positions to represent the anatomy.

**RS-601TA Performance/Operating Conditions:** The male radiographic mannequin will be used to provide adequate training while using live x-ray exposure to obtain images of the body as well as assisting student to be able to perform the required positioning of a patient to obtain those views. It is a curriculum requirement.

**Weight:** 265 lbs Dimensions Inches: (W x D x H) 81" x 32" x 25" Completed in accordance with the manufacturers commercial schedule, estimated to be within sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) weeks from date of award *Please ensure the shipping cost is either included in your overall cost or provided in a separate Line Item on your quote* WARRANTY: Radiology Support Devices, Inc. (RSD) warrants this Product (including any accessories) against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

**LABOR / PARTS:** For a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, RSD will repair or replace the Product, at its option, at no charge, or pay the labor charges to any RSD authorized service facility. After the Warranty Period, you must pay for all labor charges. In addition, RSD will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for defective parts for a period of two (2) years.

After two (2) years from the date of purchase, labor for removal and installation is available from RSD authorized dealer at your expense. To obtain warranty service, please contact RSD to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Product must be shipped freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. RSD will not receive product without an RMA and is not responsible for loss or damage incurred in shipping to RSD.

This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation, set up adjustments or other problems. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by RSD to service the Product. This warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (such as fuses or batteries).
