## Description

The 802FSS is replacing one Flight Type Dishwasher on the second floor of the Slagel DFAC. This requirement is for one dishwasher with installation and removal in accordance with the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics Attached. Please submit the attached RFQ document filled out, along with your company official quote, a specification sheet, and the site visit excel document completed. Failure to submit all four required documents may result in your quote not being considered.
