## Description

JBSA is soliciting for a Pot & Pan washer requirement that includes installation and a table modification. Please refer to the attached SOW and images for specifics. Please submit the attached RFQ document along with your response.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to change - The Title of the PIID - The Date of the site visit from 18 April 2025 @ 0930 to 29 April 2025 @ 0930. - The response date for this RFQ has also been changed to Thursday, May 8, 2025 @ 1:00 PM - The Submittal of Questions to Thursday 01 May 2025 at 1:00PM Central Standard Time Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to:

-Update the PIID number. -Attach the contractor questions and government answers sheet. -Update SOW IAW government answers. -Update Salient Characteristics IAW government answers.
