## Description

This requirement is to provide Aerospace Medicine Physicians on a rotational/temporary basis to any of the 11 AETC Medical Treatment Facilities/AETC units as a Command-solution to the chronic manning shortage of AD flight surgeons, providing operational medical support across AETC to support the Flying Training Programs at all remote locations. Please see the attachments for details.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment was to update Combined Synopsis Solicitation, Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 2 – Schedule of Services and Attachment 3 – Applicable Clauses and Provisions. Additionally, Attachment 6 - Flight Physician Four-FTEs-TDY RFP QandA has been added and the Solicitation closing date has been extended.
