## Description

AMENDMENT 2 The purpose of this amendment is to update the Solicitation, Salient Characteristics, add a utilities layout, and add As-Built drawings for building 984. Additionally, to add the Responses to Questions. All changes in the solicitation and salient characteristics document will be in red font.
