Personnel learn to resolve personal and professional concerns to be of greater useful service in their military occupations and relationships. The facility must be no more than two hours away from Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. The resort must include a variety of amenities and activities such as rock climbing, a water park, bowling, conference facility capabilities, dining, etc. The proposed contract action is to solicit and negotiate with Kalahari Resort under the authority of FAR 13.106- l(b)(l)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses will be used to determine if there are other entities that can meet the requirement for future retreats.
