The purpose of this action is to provide notice of intent for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, LVD North America, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilizations). This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement in its entirety via email to kailah.kraus@us.af.mil with a copy to barbara.jewett.1@us.af.mil no later than 20 Jun 2024 at 2:00PM CDT. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government.
