The facility must be no more than 91 miles or 2 hrs. away from Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. The resort must include outdoor activities, such as, rock climbing, waterpark, bowling etc. 2. All interested sources who can refute these findings with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the Family Retreat at Kalahari Resort, should respond via e-mail to the 502d Contracting Office to solicit under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b)(l)(i). 3. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
