## Description

The purpose of the SDAV Restoration and Maintenance Services for the 59th Medical Wing (59 MDW) serves to ensure that 5 SDAVs and related equipment are safely and properly configured to accurately reflect USAF history, heritage, traditions and simulate training in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), AFI 84-103, and other applicable standards.

The objective is to ensure that SDAVs and related equipment are inspected, cleaned, prepared, and painted to restore to original manufacturers or operational appearances for the period depicted and control/prevent metal corrosion or other forms of surface deterioration that are costly and can shorten SDAV life, hinder mission accomplishment, or endanger trainees, students, visitors, or the environment.
