## Description

**25 April 2024:** Amendment #1 Posted for Q/A, extend the RFQ close date and submittal of questions, revised Statement of Work/RFQ, and added SCA Wage Determination. Submittal of questions deadline has been extended to 3 May 2024 at 2PM CST. Contractors must RSVP for site visit and request a DoDSAFE drop request to submit the base pass request form (if needed) no later than 26 April 2024 at 4:00PM CST.

Please refer to Amendment 1 for more information and sign the bottom for acknowledgement of amendment. ///Break///The 502d Contracting Squadron Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) intends to award a purchase order with 4 option years for Juice Bar Concessionaires Services for Jimmy Brought Fitness Center (JBFC) and Medical Education Training Center (METC) IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW) to one vendor whose offer represents the best value to the government.

The contract performance period shall commence 1 June 2024 - 31 May 2029.
