## Description

Amendment 0001 changes: 1. Extended response due date from Monday August 19, 2024 at 9:00am CDT to Friday August 23, 2024 at 9:00am CDT 2. Statement of Work edit: “the contractor will not have access to elevator and shall use stairwells during the duration of this project.” LAK Dormitory Mattresses, RFQ responses due Monday August 19th at 9:00am, questions due Wednesday August 14th at 9:00am.

Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to SSgt Kalyn Becker; kalyn.becker@us.af.mil, and Ms. N. Marie Phillips; norena.phillips@us.af.mil, no later than Monday August 19, 2024, at 9:00am CDT - to be considered timely. All questions must be submitted in writing through email no later than Wednesday August 14, 2024, at 09:00AM CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
