The 502d Contracting Squadron (CONS) intends to establish a decentralized Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Brand Name or Equal 18 Stalls Kennel Trailers, to include shipping and delivery, for the 341st Training Squadron (TRS), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX. This requirement will be performed in accordance with the Salient Characteristics. The NAICS Code is 812910, Pet Care (except Veterinary) Services. The PSC is 2330, Trailers.
