## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solictation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisiton Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addtional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0042 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 and DFARS change notice 20240122. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 336999 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is for two ATV Sportsman MV850 Military Tan brand name or equal as stated in the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics.
