## Description

AMENDMENT 3- The RFQ has been amended to change the period of performance. AMENDMENT 2- The RFQ has been amended to change the NAICS, PSC, SOW, due date and CLIN description. AMENDMENT 1- The RFQ has been amended to incorporate the Wage Determination attachment. A licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) will evaluate and asses B6205 existing fire system compatibility to accommodate the new woodshop.

This includes inspecting sprinkler and alarm systems, providing hydraulic calculations, conducting a dust hazard analysis, and coordinating a fire flow test with American Water. The contractor shall deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to bring the building up to code according to NFPA standards based on findings.
