## Description

The 340th FTG is in need of a conference and training facility for the Biennial Enlisted Summit.The 340th Enlisted Summit is a Biennial four-day event that requires a rental or lease of a non-residential conference and training center in San Antonio, Texas. The venue shall be able to support 150-175 people and provide audio and visual (A/V) equipment and support to maintain the event in its entirety. The venue must be able to provide A/V equipment and technicians from 0700-1700. The venue shall also be able to provide 2 (two) breakout rooms in addition to the main room for small group workshops as part of the summit curriculum. See attached RFQ for additional details.
