## Description

**Update:** 14 August 2025 Sign-in sheet from Pre-Bid Site Visit has been uploaded.

**Notice:** Please use caution when accessing Building 4605 on the day of the pre-bid site visit. There is active construction occuring nearby and road closures. Signage and cones are in place to assist with traffic flow to B4605. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged.

An organized site visit has been set for 14 August 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

**NOTICE TO OFFERORS:** Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
