All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable contract document and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Interested SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is J041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,00.00 The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable) will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 27 May 2025 with a tentative closing date of 26 June 2025. The contract performance period will be 90 days beginning within 10 days after award.
