## Description

The United States Department of the Air Force (DAF) Air Education and Training Command (AETC) is seeking innovative, commercial AI-enabled Marketing and Communications Campaign Management System solutions to modernize its marketing operations and enhance recruitment efforts.

The DAF currently faces significant challenges including untapped internal capabilities with thousands of weekly organic stories, images, and videos that lack systematic aggregation and repurposing for recruitment marketing, inefficient workflow management that hinders coordination across diverse mission areas, fragmented and siloed data sets that limit actionable insights for campaign optimization, and complex organizational needs requiring tailored marketing strategies for multiple mission areas.

Additionally, budget and workforce constraints necessitate a shift toward utilizing internal capabilities and cost-effective commercial solutions, while the target 18-24-year-old demographic demands authentic, organic content that leverages the DAF's internal storytelling capacity and earned media opportunities.

The primary goal is to acquire a platform that enables rapid marketing campaign creation, streamlined workflow management, and comprehensive tracking of end-to-end marketing campaigns linked to DAF accessions, significantly enhancing recruitment effectiveness by harnessing the organization's extensive internal capabilities and data sets.
