## Description

The Government has a requirement to procure the turn-key fabrication, delivery, and ancillary installation of custom command wall systems within a shared hallway.

This requirement consists of two distinct efforts: System 1 (316 OSS New Build) requires the fabrication and installation of a new architectural laminate slatwall paneling system matching the specific millwork and finishes of the legacy corridor displays, and System 2 (5 HS Retrofit) requires the de-installation of legacy lettering and the 30” x 30” patch from the existing wall, followed by the installation of new squadron lettering.

The Governments primary objective is to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to a single vendor capable of fulfilling this requirement. For detailed specifications, dimensions, and installation instructions, please refer to the attached Salient Characteristics Sheet and all associated visual renderings. The deadline for questions under this solicitation has ended as of 24 August 2026, 12:00 PM. The response deadline remains unchanged: Monday, August 31, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Solicitation amended via Amendment 02 to incorporate an additional technical clarification.
