This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. JBA intends to pursue a Blanket Purshase Agreement contract award under RFO 19.104 as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a base (twelve-months) plus four option year (twelve-months) periods for the referenced subject matter solicitaion criteria. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code proposed is 812320 (Drycleaning and Laundry Services) and size standard is $8.0 million dollars. This requirement is to allow service members to routinely drop off and pick-up thier individual service uniform articles at specific locations within a 5-mile radious of JBA. Services provided will be used to support key personnel for dignatary missions per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Delivery promptness and flexibility capability of service delivery requirements are critical components towards the adherence of each PWS description. We are interested in a well qualified small-sized business capable of meeting this requirement. Market research has been conducted to determine there is interest, capability, and socio-economic categories of potential sources for the requirement.
