## Description

**This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice for market research purposes and not a request for proposals. An award will not be made from this announcement.** The 316th Civil Engineer Squadron anticipates a requirement for operation and maintenance services for the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) at Joint Base Andrews, to include Cybersecurity elements. The current EMCS is a Siemens Building Technologies, Landis Division, Insight System 600 with Desigo Apogee software.

Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for a detailed explanation of required services. If interested and capable of fulfilling this requirement, please complete the attached Questionnaire for EMCS Sources Sought and return to SSgt Nadjma Spellman, nadjma.spellman@us.af.mil no later than 23 January 2026 4:30 PM EST. Also include your capability statement and any experience/past performance for efforts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
