## Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and parts necessary to deliver dry ice blocks using contractor-furnished containers that preserve product integrity in support of air transportation and cargo preservation operations for the 89th Aerial Port Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The contractor must maintain sufficient capacity to fulfill scheduled weekly deliveries, as well promptly accommodate emergent and surge shipments to designated locations. The contractor shall also maintain continuous availability, implement digital invoicing and delivery record-keeping systems, and conduct regular exchange of containers.

**AMENDMENT 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to issue the consolidated Requests for Information (RFIs), incorporate the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), and update the COMBO to reflect changes to the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure.
