## Description

The purpose of this update is to revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Attached is the updated version titled Mold Remediation PWS Update 30-Aug.

The reason for the extension is to allow vendors additional time to review Q&A and photos. Q&A will be attached to solicitation as an attachment named Questions and Answers and Photos.

Building 1539 at Joint Base Andrews requires mold cleaning and removal of infected materials to prevent the spread to other areas within the building. Military personnel are neither trained nor equipped to handle this issue, making a contract with a professional remediation service the best method to address this short-term problem effectively.
