## Description

This is Large Buisness set aside intended to be sole sourced to Lion First Responder. Please see attached CO signed Single Source Justification and Approval. Joint Base Andrews Fire Department requires a software and hardware upgrade to the current Fire Education training trailer. This trailer is used for fire education for school aged children on Joint Base Andrews. This trailer is a vital piece of equipment to help educate and also lower the fire risks on base. Being able to positively engage with the younger base populous helps form the foundation for future knowledge related to Fire Prevention.
