## Description

**Update (7 March 2024):** The response deadline has been extended to 11 March 2024. This update will also provide reponses to the question received after the site visit.

**Questions and Responses:**

**Question:** Could you please provide a picture of the boiler name plate or the national board number for date purposes?

**Government Response:** The national board number is 0190 and the date of the boiler is 2004.

The site visit tentatively scheduled for 04 March 2024 has been reschdeuled to 05 March 2024, Tuesday, at 0900. Currently, all other dates and deadlines remain the same.

The 316 Civil Engineers Squadron is looking to award a contract to perform weld repairs to address a leaking boiler, perform hydrostatic pressure testing to ensure there are no leaks on the repair and to ensure the integrity of the repairs, as well as inspection of the repair by a certified pressure vessel inspector for good working order and compliance upon completion of work. The boiler is located at building 3148 in JB Andrews, Maryland; Buderus boiler model number SB615-510 S/N 3\63024620-00-4299-0027.

Period of Performance is within 60 days after date of award. Please see Attachment 1: Statement of Work for more information on job specifications and pictures of the damaged boiler. Additionally, a site visit is tentatively scheduled for 4 March 2024 for those interested in seeing the boiler in person.

To attend, fill out Attachment 2 and email to marchie.winebrenner@us.af.mil no later than 29 February 2024. Please submit your priced response to this RFQ in a separate pdf document following the Instructions to Offeror section in the Combo document with all the necessary and up-to-date company information.
