This RTU is one of six RTUs that are part of the base-wide ATI Mass Alert system, which is controlled by two Central Control Units (REACT 5000s). NOTICE OF MANDATORY SITE VISIT: The aformentioned are considered required for a quote to be acceptable for contract award. 1. A site visit will be held on Hanscom AFB on 3 September 2026 beginning at 9:00 AM ET. Please be at the Hanscom AFB Visitor Control Center by Sartain Gate (formerly Vandenburg Gate) in Bldg. 1617, Old Bedford Rd., Hanscom AFB, MA, 01731 no later than 8:30 AM ET, on 3 September 2026, to allow enough time to obtain visitor passes. The contractor shall obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all visitors. You must contact Kennethea Berry, Contract Specialist, at kennethea.berry.1@us.af.mil AND Anthony P.
