## Description

The purpose of this action to purchase two (2) Handheld Explosive Trace Detectors Devices able to detect a wide range of explosives at nanogram to sub-nanogram levels, including Nitroaromatics, Nitramines, Nitrate-esters, Nitrosamines, Plastic Explosives, Smokeless Powders, and Peroxides, in accordance with the Satement of Work (SOW).
