## Description

The purpose of this effort is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Carpet Cleaning Services to be performed at Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean carpeting in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Please see the SOW for detailed information.
