## Description

The intent of this effort is to provide regular preventative maintenance and timely repairs to the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Chilled Beam System and System Controls in building XXXX and connectivity to master controls in building XXXX. This will ensure the HVAC system stays responsive to the weather, seasonal changes, and improved efficiency.

This action will mitigate system malfunctions by maintaining temperature, humidity and the elimination of condensation buildup in occupied spaces consistently. Furthermore, this action will result in the training of base personnel, to restore, operate, and make programming changes to the existing HVAC system.

Trained/Certified technicians are required to service, maintain, and train base personnel on custom multi-integrated KMC, Delta, Semco, Schneider, Lochinvar, Niagara controllers control system and perform activities to ensure maximum HVAC (Chilled beam) system controls maintain operational capability during all seasons. The service contract requires verification of existing conditions, calibration, programming, graphics, testing, performance verification, shop drawings, and O&M documents.
