## Description

This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Stratcom Systems Inc.. The requirement is to procure five (5) SIMS v7 for Windows multi-user workstation module software and licenses, five (5) SIMS v7 for Windows multi-user module annual upgrade subscription service, and three thousand (3,000) red barcode labels.
