## Description

The requirement is to procure the complete Design-Build project to install an emergency generator and connect to the natural gas that is generated at the facility at the Hanscom AFB (HAFB) Gas take Station.

The emergency generator shall be designed and installed in compliance with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) located at https://www.wbdg.org/ffc/dod/unified-facilities-criteria-ufc, American Gas Association Guidelines, and the Northeast Gas Association Guidelines, Manufacturers’ recommended installation instructions, Air Force (AF) Codes, Regulations, Standards, Procedures, and all applicable Local, State, and Federal Codes & Regulations.
