Proposals must contain all required details and documentation as outlined in the baseline solicitation package. The Government will evaluate only the total evaluated price submitted for the revised Task Order 0001 (Seed Project). The total evaluated price will consist of the aggregate proposed price for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) identified within the revised Task Order 0001 Pricing Worksheet. Attachment 2 (IDIQ Pricing Schedule) will not be evaluated or scored as part of the source selection. The Government may review Attachment 2 for completeness and contract administration purposes; however, it will not be considered in determining the successful offeror. The Government will verify that all Tier I material pricing complies with the USAF Carpet II Program requirements and that no prohibited markup has been applied.
