This requirement is for: Eglin AFB Airfield Lighting Service CLIN 0001: Base Year Basic PMA + Cyber Security Check IAW SOW CLIN 1001: Option Year 1 Basic PMA + Cyber Security Check IAW SOW CLIN 2001: Option Year 2 Basic PMA + Cyber Security Check IAW SOW CLIN 3001: Option Year 3 Basic PMA + Cyber Security Check IAW SOW CLIN 4001: Option Year 4 Basic PMA + Cyber Security Check IAW SOW The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).
