Air Force Test Center Installation Operational Contracting Division/PZIOCA, 308 West D. Ave., Eglin AFB, FL 32542 Proposed Solicitation number/Identifier:

**FA282325Q0009 Date:** 26 February 2025 The AFTC Installation Operational Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOCA) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for Duke AFB Airfield Lighting Service to ADB Safegate Americas LLC, 700 Science Blvd. Columbus, OH, 43230-6641. Anticipated award date is 14 March 2025. This requirement is for:

**Eglin AFB Airfield Lighting Service PoP:** Start 15 Calendar Days After Award (Base plus 4 Option Years) The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901). This authority is supported by an approved Sole Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action.

The applicable NAICS code is 238210 and a Product Service Code – J062 – Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Lighting Fixtures and Lamps. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $19M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.

Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services.
