This requirement is described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This Request for Quote (RFQ) includes NO Brand Name only items and is 100% small business set-aside through the SAM.GOV FBO. Offerors must submit one firm fixed price quote for all the CLINs included in this requirement. Partial quotes may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received via email by the date and time listed in the RFQ. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or at any location other than the designated Email will be considered to be late and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability shall consist of a quote which conforms to the specific requirements of the SOW in this RFQ and does not present a high level of item, price or supplier risk.
