The acquisition strategy will be determined based on responses received from this notice and/or other market research methods. The government is seeking experienced companies for the following scope of work: Provide and install non-proprietary, modularly engineered, professional/broadcast-quality equipment. This includes 4K displays, Vaddio PTZ cameras, Shure ceiling microphone arrays, and BiAmp DSPs. Enable presentation from five distinct locations within the courtroom. Provide seamless USB host switching for MS Teams/Zoom calls utilizing the room's cameras, mics, and existing ceiling speakers. Provide AutoCAD/Visio system drawings, complete source code, user training, and 5 years of full maintenance and warranty support (including 24-hour turnaround for maintenance issues).
