The contract will also include the quarterly cleaning of the interiors of all display cases. Extreme care will be required as artifacts can be fragile and irreplaceable. The quarterly cleaning of two outside exhibits is also part of this requirement. Cleaning products will have to follow museum standards so as to avoid damaging displays, the artifacts contained within, and any attached or included audio visual equipment. Details can be found in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)attached to this RFQ. A site visit is required to review the scope of services to be performed and facilitate an accurate quoting of the requirement. Coordination will be requested to set up site visit date/time.
