## Description

The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment,and qualified labor necessary to manufacture and deliver a Mobile Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Fill Trailer to include the following options: a spare tire with cover, an airhose reel with hose, lunette eye hitch, and two ASME air storage cylinders. The contractorshall comply with manufacturer’s recommendations and procedures. The service will be thesole responsibility of the contractor.

An operational system shall be turned over to theGovernment. System shall have the ability to fill SCBA bottles at remote locations IAW NFPA1901 (current edition).Please refer to Attachment 1: Performance of Work Statement for further details. There is currently no funding for this requirement.

Amendment 1- A document with questions from an interested party with answers has been attached to this solicitation (30 June 2025)

Amendment 2- Update to question "What CFM and horsepower are needed?" (Please see attached word doc Amendment 2) Answer: We are not worried about HP, only CFM. As long as they meet that, it is acceptable.

Amendment 3- Due dates for quotes has been pushed back to 23 July 2025 to allow for questions and time to quote. Questions are due 9 July 2025 with answers posted no later than 15 July 2025. A fourth amendment will be issued with answers to the questions.

Amendment 4 - No additional questions received.
