Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, facilities, equipment, transportation, scheduling, supervision, ability to obtain Schriever SFB Restricted Area access, and materials to complete the services described in this SOW. The Contractor shall perform the badge access control system work in a most cost-effective manner that will comply with Federal, State, and local regulations; to include but not limited to power and electrical regulations. The badge access control system must have the ability to be programmed to interface with existing and projected credentials, Restricted Area (RA) badges, and existing and projected Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Systems.
