## Description

Delta 8/10 SOPS is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) constellation and associated ground systems, including the Satellite Control Network (SCN), the Integrated Satellite Control System 3.1 (ISCS 3.1). Current Oracle servers and Network Attached Storage currently cannot support required Information Assurance upgrades.

In order to maintain current operating levels and comply with Information Assurance polices, 10 SOPS has a requirement to procure new Oracle servers and Network Attached Storage able to support the Solaris 11.4 Operating System. Oracle has proprietary rights and copyrights on all Oracle devices. Only Oracle can satisfy this requirement to be compatible with existing software. *must be Authorized Oracle Federal Reseller *updated SOW
