The equipment must meet the following criteria: IONSCAN 600, Explosives and Narcotics Trace Detector - Highly sensitive trace detector - Lightweight, portable desktop configuration. - Capable of detecting and identifying a wide range of military, commercial, and homemade explosive threats, as well as illegal narcotics including the highly potent synthetic fentanyl opioids - Rapid deployment and detection within 5 minutes or less and detect and identify in less than 8 seconds. - Equipment must include installation, training, and warranty management by the vendor. 5. Submission Instructions.
