This contract will require the contracted company to have a security facility clearance and will require their contractors to obtain and maintain classified access eligibility. The contracted company shall have a valid Facility Clearance and authorized Safeguarding level commensurate to the performance requirement of the contract prior to classified performance at the contractor facility if required. The prime contractor and all sub-contractors (through the prime contractor) shall adhere to all aspects of 32 CFR Part 117 National industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
