## Description

New licensing is required in order to update/upgrade ARPCs entire Voice Over Internet Protocol Suite (Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, Contact Center Express, and IM & Presence Servers). Current versions have reached End of Life and have vulnerabilities that cannot be mitigated. Without updated UCCX licensing, ARPC's VOIP environment cannot be updated to maintain proper security standards. Existing licenses would be updated in local data center by on-site Cyber Transport/Network Administrators.
