## Description

TRUCK 3 is in need of an engine overhaul due to blow-by in the cylinders, causing high crankcase pressure and damaging engine seals and components. The engine requires an in-frame overhaul of the cylinders, pistons, head, bearings, and any applicable seals and gaskets.
